CNC and Manual Turning
The Company has been involved in the machining of component parts for a wide variety of industries over the years including Electronic, Marine, Communication, Handling, Automotive and Aerospace. During which time, it has gained expertise in the machining of most materials in particular, Aluminium, Brass, Stainless Steel and a wide range of Plastics.
Our machine shop is equipped with the following types of machinery:
- Fanuc and Mitsubishi Controlled CNC Lathes
- Computer Controlled and Peg Board Automatic Bar Feed Capstan
- Manual Bar Feed Capstan
- Manual Lathes
We can provide cost effective machining:
- On bar feed parts up to 32mm diameter in batch sizes of 50 - 5000
- On chucking work parts up to 220mm diameter
- Up to a maximum length of 1 Metre between centres
