Adjustment of correct V-Belt tension and full support of the top-mounted electric drive motor.

In this case a motor is to be mounted above a gear-transmission. With the conventional mode the assembly and adjustment was rather complicated, plate (1), thus increasing the potential of motor vibrations.

With the use of our Precision Leveller HVS (2) on a simple bracket, the motor is optimally mounted without intermediate plate. The belt can now be tensioned much easier and faster and the adjustment set securely.

In the application of conveyor belts and lifting machinery, the drive mechanisms were often provided with complicated adjusting mechanisms to re-tighten the transmission.

With the aid of our Precision Levelling Adjusters - HVE - (3) the driving mechanism is mounted directly at the girder traverse or at a bracket, to facilitate adjustment without difficulties at any time.

The alignment of Plummer blocks by means of spacers and shims was complicated and relatively inaccurate.

With our Precision Adjusters - NAE - (4) even multiple bearings can be levelled easily and precisely. Misalignment of drive shafts is now a thing of the past.
